Lovely and clean - comfy bed.

Cosy, compact yet had all required amenities including basic microwave, fridge, kettle etc so didn't need to go out to eat unless we wanted to. Fantastic isolated location perfect for Fell running and walking.

Lovely peaceful place.

The bed was large and very comfortable - and a gorgeous view from the low window whilst lying in bed. Everything felt very clean and fresh. Close to Leek and Buxton for amenities, but felt like you were miles and miles from anywhere. Spoilt for choice for walks - good information from owners re walking, eating out etc.

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and the bed super comfy! The views from the farm were incredible and we couldn't wait to run up the hill and take in the scenery! The kitchen facilities were very useful and we had a Chinese whilst in our room!

As others have said the Wifi isn't really usable although we didn't mind at all and just used data outside of the room as the signal was really good!

Absolutely superb. Much better than hotel. would definitely visit again. the views are absolutely fantastic.The room was clean like proper clean. DVDs books for you to read. It was just like being at home. Well done guys x

Blimey... where do I start...clean, warm and welcoming.  The owner ran over in wind and rain to welcome us. Good information about where to eat . Loved the recycling ethos.  Bed so comfy...towels soft and bath sheets nice and big. Soooo clean.

Easy key collection, lovely apartment, the bed was very comfy and the tv had a built in dvd. The views were beautiful and you could go on a good walk straight from the apartment.

The extra touches like washing up liquid, hand soap, tea towel and dish cloth.  Very warm and cosy, excellent shower

Everything was great apart from the wifi. Absolutely beautiful location and loved that the keys were in a security box making arrival easy.

Warm and comfy

The bed was ridiculously comfy so much so that I fell asleep at 9pm most nights! The views were amazing from the room. Go to Knights Table for Sunday lunch and Bakewell for a day out. There are so many amazing places for walks and to take in the beautiful surroundings.
Track wasn't the best for your wheels! Quite far to get to a local shop, however it is the price to pay to stay in such beautiful surroundings!

Great base and Steve and Sophia were so accommodating and friendly. will definitely stay again.

Clean spacious room with an extra large comfortable bed situated in a beautifully quiet and secluded property.

Can't fault the place at all. We had a perfectly relaxing 5 night stay at the Happy Hare. The views were incredible and the remote location was just what we were looking for. Only about a 10 min drive to Buxton where lots of nice places to eat. Plenty to do near by. Brilliant stay we will definitely be back.

Beautiful place to stay. Peaceful and tranquil with amazing views, perfect to get away from it all. Lovely room, helpful owners. Easy access to local pubs and good restaurants only 10min drive. Will absolutely visit again.
