The Peak District is an amazing national park with beautiful countryside including Chatsworth's world famous stately home, gardens and grounds.

Haddon Hall and Hassop Hall are worth a visit with lots of famous films recorded there and plenty of history to explore.

Buxton is nearby with its spring waters and famous opera house or visit Bakewell with its famous pudding and lovely river. The market town of Leek still has a local market and lots of antique shops to enjoy.

Many renowned walks and climbs are nearby including the Roaches with stunning views or Lathkill Dale in the white peak. Monsall and Tissington trails are great off road tracks for cycling and walking and some trails are horse friendly mainly flat they are great for all ages to explore.

Lots of friendly pubs with character in the Peak District and many more in the Staffordshire Moorlands with plenty of local beer.

Alton Towers is nearby for the more adventurous and there are numerous farms and wildlife parks.
